What You’ll Walk Away With

This is not a lecture. It’s practical, hands-on learning you can actually use at home.

  • A clear understanding without information overload
  • Hands-on practice with step-by-step guidance
  • Confidence to repeat the process at home
  • A simple reference guide you can keep
  • Real answers to your specific questions

What’s Included With Your Ticket?

  • All tools and materials needed during the workshop
  • Guided, hands-on instruction
  • Light refreshments (when applicable)
  • Time for Q&A in a small group setting

You don’t need fancy equipment — just show up ready to learn.

Is This Workshop Right for You?

This workshop is a great fit if you:

  • Are brand new or still unsure where to start
  • Want simple explanations without judgment
  • Learn best by doing, not just watching

This may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are looking for advanced or professional-level training
  • Prefer a fully private, 1:1 experience
  • Step 1: Welcome & Overview

We’ll start with the basics — why it works and what actually matters.

  • Step 2: Hands-On Learning

You’ll practice the process together with guidance and support.

  • Step 3: Questions & Confidence

We’ll troubleshoot, answer questions, and make sure you feel ready to do it at home.
